The BASICS: 4-Teams, 4-Hours, 4-FUN! GRW Fundraising Tournaments bring a big league focus to your cause. There is no age limit... if they can swing a bat, they can play! A great way to get the whole family involved. Each team is guaranteed 2 games. Championship trophy awarded to winning team.
Our pledge-driven Home Run Derby is the Winning Ticket &
favorite of players and organizers alike! Players seek pledges
for each home run they hit. They get 60 seconds to face-off
against the pitching machine and swing for the fences!

Portable Wiffle Ball Field: You provide the location and we do the rest! GRW provides everything you will need to make your event a Major League success! Prior to your event: we will provide sign-up sheets for the teams and Home-Run Derby pledge sheets, assist with event marketing (if needed), prepare walk-up music for every player, and help brainstorm “extras” to help you bring in the most money. The day of the event: we set-up the field; complete with a batters box, pitchers “mound”, outfield fence and foul poles. We stripe the field, manage and score the game and lots more. We bring a full PA, so we will also make announcements throughout the event to help with your raffle tickets, auctions and food sales. Following the event: we send/post recaps of all games and stats for every team/player. We also provide you with a video recap of your event that will include photos and highlights from the event.

Add-Ons that Make Our Product Unique: What makes GRW games so unique is the Big League experience. Walk-up music for every batter, crowd noise, computer generated and live play-by-play and color commentary. Stats, player interviews and a “highlight reel” are player and fan favorites. From the moment the player steps up to the plate, he/she feels like they’ve stepped onto their own “Field of Dreams.” Adult players reconnect with their youth and younger players are filled with the excitement that swinging a bat brings.
